The V3.TKA COMFORT heat-resistant jacket by Coval Safety is designed for those working in conditions of extreme heat: the aluminised fabric provides superior protection against radiant heat and splashes of molten aluminium and iron. Thanks to its heat-reflective properties and resistance to accidental flames, this garment combines advanced mechanical strength with a fit designed not to restrict movement during the most hazardous industrial operations.
The V3.TKA COMFORT model utilises innovative raw materials that enable workers to tackle the typical risks of foundries and steelworks without restricting mobility.
Technical Features:
- COMFORT Cut: the V3.TKA COMFORT jacket, with its loose fit, is designed to be worn over other workwear, ensuring freedom of movement even during the most demanding shifts.
- Central Fastening with Fire-Retardant Velcro: A double Velcro fastening system, designed to withstand thermal stress and securely cover the entire length of the torso.
- Fully Lined High Collar: A raised design with fire-retardant Velcro fastening, designed to protect the neck area and eliminate blind spots when exposed to direct heat.
- Flame-retardant Velcro strap with loop: Adjustable at the lower wrist, it allows the sleeve to be sealed perfectly over the glove. This feature prevents heat or molten metal splashes from accidentally entering the sleeve, ensuring a snug fit tailored to the wearer’s build.
