The V2.TCKA COMFORT heat-resistant jacket from Coval Safety offers maximum protection for the body in conditions of extreme heat and heavy splashes of molten metal. Made from the innovative Alusoft fabric, this garment combines an impenetrable thermal barrier with unprecedented softness. Thanks to Alusoft technology, the coat offers superior flexibility, reducing bulk and improving operational comfort for those working in foundries, steelworks and glassworks.

Designed to be worn as an outer protective layer, the V2.TCKA COMFORT model ensures optimal thermal stress management and excellent mechanical resistance.

Whilst the V2TCKAF COMFORT model is fully lined with flame-retardant cotton to maximise protection against radiant heat (level C4), the V2.TCKA COMFORT version is unlined to offer a lighter, less bulky garment, ideal for those who prioritise maximum flexibility whilst working.

Technical Features:

• Alusoft Fabric & COMFORT Fit: The loose fit and ultra-flexible fibre allow the jacket to be worn over other technical garments without restricting movement, facilitating heavy-duty tasks.
• Double Central Fastening with Fire-Retardant Velcro: A fastening system featuring double black fire-retardant Velcro, designed to ensure a watertight seal against splashes and heat along the entire length of the torso.
• Fully Lined High Collar: The raised design, featuring an inner lining and a flame-retardant Velcro fastening, protects the neck area, eliminating any points of exposure to direct heat.
• Adjustable Strap with Loop: Adjustable at the lower wrist using fire-resistant Velcro, it allows the sleeve to be sealed perfectly, preventing molten metal from entering the arms.
• Kevlar® Stitching: Fully assembled with 50/3 Kevlar yarn for superior thermal and mechanical resistance at points of greatest stress.
