Alusoft technology reflects radiant heat and resists molten metal splashes, ensuring superior flexibility compared to traditional aluminised garments.
Developed to meet the needs of foundries, steelworks and glassworks, the V4.TCKA COMFORT trousers combine mechanical strength with optimal thermal stress management, without hindering the worker’s movements.
Technical Features:
- Alusoft Fabric & COMFORT Fit: The fabric’s soft texture and loose fit are designed to allow layering over other workwear, ensuring maximum freedom of movement and ease of bending.
- Side Fastenings with Flame-Retardant Velcro: Fitted with practical side fastenings in black flame-retardant Velcro, designed for quick and secure donning, whilst maintaining the integrity of the protection along the entire leg.
- Support with suspenders: For optimal ergonomics and balanced weight distribution, the garment is designed for use with suspenders (code: ACBRETELLE). This system prevents the trousers from slipping, ensuring a stable fit even during the most intense shifts.
- Kevlar® Stitching: Made entirely from 50/3 Kevlar yarn, synonymous with maximum durability and resistance to thermal and mechanical stress.
Ideal for full-body protection in steel and metallurgical environments, the V4.TCKA COMFORT trousers meet high certification standards against radiant heat (C3) and molten metal splashes (D3 – E3).
