Soft and comfortable, the jacket is made of inherent flame-resistant fabric and is specifically designed for foundry operators, where the risk of contact with molten metal splashes is significant. Thanks to its special composition, the metal does not stick to the surface but slides off, ensuring maximum protection for the wearer.
The inherent flame-retardant properties of the fabric guarantee that its protective function remains intact even after multiple washes, ensuring constant safety combined with high hygiene standards.
The addition of wool in the fabric composition helps maintain a stable body temperature: cool in summer and warm in winter.
The V3TWB jacket, equipped with reflective bands on sleeves, chest, and back, ensures greater visibility for workers, even in low-light conditions, enhancing safety during operations.
The V3TWBFV version, with reflective bands on biceps, chest, and back and a zip closure, allows the garment to be removed quickly in case of emergency.
Certification pictograms are embroidered with flame-resistant thread, ensuring PPE is always identifiable and distinguishable from standard cotton or multinorm clothing.
The PROWEAR D3 E3 line is the ideal solution for those working in foundries, steel plants, and in iron and aluminum production, offering the perfect balance between protection and comfort.
It does not replace aluminized clothing, which is recommended for extreme operations in close proximity to heat sources and molten metals.
