The V4KAF aluminized trousers (V4.TKAF) are designed to provide a high level of leg protection during industrial activities involving intense heat, accidental flames, radiant heat and molten metal splashes.
They are particularly suitable as heat-resistant trousers for foundries and metalworking, as well as for the glass industry and cement plants.
The garment is made of aluminized fabric lined with flame-retardant cotton, combining thermal protection and comfort.
- The aluminized fabric acts as an external protective barrier and helps reflect radiant heat, reducing the wearer’s exposure to heat sources.
- The inner flame-retardant cotton lining provides greater softness against the body, improving comfort, fit and freedom of movement during work activities.
The construction of the trousers therefore combines the protective performance of aluminized material with the comfort of flame-retardant cotton, making the V4KAF a suitable solution for work environments subject to high thermal stress.
Particular attention has also been paid to the durability of the garment: the Kevlar thread seams provide high resistance to heat and tearing, contributing to the reliability of the trousers even under demanding working conditions.
