The Silitherm S2XKS-18XK is a siliconized heat resistant protective glove, ideal for those working in environments subject to high temperatures up to 350°C.
It is made of a para-aramid fabric with silicone coating, which gives the glove a high level of water repellency, offering superior protection to the user, both in oily and greasy environments and in the presence of steam.
The palms and fingers of the glove are reinforced and lined with cotton fleece, which makes the glove more comfortable during prolonged use.
They are also manufactured with a breathable inner membrane, which provides an additional barrier against heat, thus protecting the worker’s hands.
What makes this PPE even more resistant is the sleeve made of coated aramid fabric and the seams made of Kevlar thread.
The S2XKS-18XK heat resistant glove is recommended for users working in industries where handling hot and humid objects or in environments subject to steam is required.
In addition to industrial environments, this item is also used in industrial kitchens, food production companies and any other environment in the Ho.Re.Ca. branch, as it is suitable for contact with food.
The glove can be cleaned easily with a damp cloth or can be rinsed with running water and neutral soap to keep it clean and ready to use.
